The Service team at Aduna is looking for a senior subject matter expert and hands-on change-makerwho can establish new capabilities at the intersection of commercial objectives, technical onboarding and customer support. You have a proven track record of going beyond incremental improvements to create step changes in customer experience, speed and operational efficiency. 

The role of Head of Strategic Projects in the Aduna Service team is ideal for a Network API subject matter expert who combines deep domain expertise with a broad, cross-functional perspective. You know how to turn complex challenges into actionable solutions and, importantly, how to bring stakeholders together to deliver tangible outcomes. 

This role is for someone with a genuine curiosity about how things work, including at a detailed level, and the ambition to use that understanding to break new ground. You combine business, technical and operational experience and will help shape how Aduna services are onboarded, delivered and supported over the mid- to long-term. You have a proven track record of translating strategic ideas into business-value outcomes, particularly in complex initiatives requiring strong cross-functional stakeholder involvement. 

What You’ll Do 

• Drive strategic projects that create step changes in Service team efficiency, speed and customer experience, going beyond incremental improvement. 

• Constructively challenge the status quo, identify opportunities and turn ideas into practical improvements across existing teams and ways of working. 

• Drive high-impact customer projects that enable Aduna to capture important revenue opportunities and deliver successful customer outcomes. 

• Help shape how Aduna uses AI to improve speed, efficiency, quality and operational oversight. 

 What You Bring 

• Deep Network API expertise, or equivalent experience from complex as-a-Service environments. 

• Strong business understanding and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect technical and operational decisions to business outcomes. 

• Experience with large-scale, public-cloud deployments of as-a-Service platforms. 

• The ability to communicate, influence and build alignment across executives, customers, commercial stakeholders and engineers.
