Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Fiori Consultant to develop, implement, customize, and support SAP solutions, focusing on SAP Fiori applications, SAPUI5, OData services, and advanced ABAP development.
The role involves developing custom applications, creating and maintaining CDS Views, implementing SAP enhancements and extensions, troubleshooting technical issues, and continuously improving solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
The consultant will collaborate with global teams, including daily interaction with the development team based in India, ensuring delivery continuity within a follow-the-sun operating model.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop custom SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and OData services, focusing on user experience and business process efficiency.
• Create, modify, and enhance standard and custom CDS Views to support analytical and reporting requirements.
• Develop advanced ABAP solutions, including Function Modules, User Exits, Customer Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, extensions, and custom business logic.
• Implement enhancements and modifications to standard SAP objects while following SAP development best practices.
• Develop and maintain custom SAP objects to support functional and technical business requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams, maintaining daily communication with the development team in India.
• Ensure delivery continuity within a follow-the-sun operating model.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, technical documentation, and compliance with SAP development guidelines.
• Perform unit and integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to developed SAP solutions.
• Identify and recommend continuous improvements for application development within SAP S/4HANA environments.
Mandatory Requirements
Professional Experience
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Fiori application development and implementation.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP programming.
• Proven experience developing, maintaining, and customizing CDS Views.
• Experience developing custom objects within SAP environments.
• Experience implementing SAP enhancements and extensions.
• Experience participating in SAP implementation and application support projects.

Education
