Are you an enthusiastic, professional and aspiring FOOTBALL Coach or Scout ? NLP Sports are looking for FOOTBALL scouts or coaches with moderate experience to join their team to scout or coach players aged between 6 to 16 with a view to earning a permanent role.

Tasks

• Assist senior staff in recruiting and developing talented football players
• Support the preparation of games and tournaments.
• Coordinate logistics for player trials, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and scheduling.
• Develop recruitment and coaching styles and maintain effective communication and collaboration with other coaches.
• Prepare and match players for opportunities for trials at professional clubs

Requirements

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with players and staff
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of football coaching environment
