Job Title: Offshore Delivery Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional operations, manage project delivery, and serve as the primary point of coordination between U.S.-based stakeholders and offshore teams in Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional project management, business process optimization, offshore operations, ERP migrations, and stakeholder management. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations.
  

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  

• Coordinate offshore teams to ensure timely execution and operational efficiency.
  

• Identify project risks, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure accountability.
  

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between U.S.-based leadership and offshore teams.
  

• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
  

• Prepare executive reports, project dashboards, and progress summaries.
  

• Facilitate communication, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  

Business Process Improvement & Automation

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  

• Coordinate workflow automation and process standardization initiatives.
  

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to improve operational performance.
  

ERP & Systems Migration

• Lead and coordinate ERP implementation, system migration, and process integration projects.
  

• Work with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth system transitions.
  

• Support initiatives involving Zoho applications, including Zoho Books, and other enterprise systems.
  

• Ensure proper documentation, data integrity, user adoption, and post-migration support.
  

Team Leadership & Performance

• Manage cross-functional offshore teams and coordinate departmental activities.
  

• Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and project progress.
  

• Establish reporting mechanisms and performance indicators.
  

• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or delivery management.
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing cross-functional offshore teams.
  

• Proven experience working directly with U.S.-based stakeholders or international leadership teams.
  

• Strong background in functional project management, business analysis, and operational delivery.
  

• Experience coordinating ERP implementations, system migrations, and workflow automation initiatives.
  

• Familiarity with Zoho or similar ERP/business management platforms.
  

• Strong understanding of project tracking, process mapping, SOP development, and performance reporting.
  

• Excellent English communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote working environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in BPO, shared services, or offshore delivery operations.
  

• Exposure to education, nonprofit, or institutional operations.
  

• Familiarity with financial workflows, compliance management, and enterprise reporting.
  

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
