Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Specialist who can own both advertising performance and brand management across a portfolio of client accounts.

You’ll manage PPC campaigns, improve listings and storefronts, identify growth opportunities, and guide clients through the decisions that affect their Amazon business. This is a senior role for someone who can take ownership, set priorities, and execute independently.

Hands-on experience in both Amazon PPC and Amazon brand management is essential.

DSP experience is a bonus.

What you’ll do

Own Amazon PPC strategy and execution

  • Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.

  • Own keyword research, campaign structure, bidding, targeting, negative keywords, and budget allocation.

  • Run structured tests and turn performance findings into clear actions.

  • Evaluate advertising performance alongside total sales, TACoS, conversion rates, margins, and inventory availability.

Manage and grow Amazon brands

  • Own account growth plans that connect advertising, organic visibility, content, promotions, and profitability.

  • Audit and optimize product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.

  • Manage catalogue structure, variations, listing updates, and issue resolution through Seller Central.

  • Use keyword research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to improve positioning and discoverability.

  • Create actionable briefs for designers and content teams, then test and evaluate the impact.

  • Coordinate product launches and promotional calendars with creative and operations teams.

Lead client communication

  • Lead performance calls, explain results clearly, and recommend practical next steps.

  • Keep clients informed about priorities, budgets, progress, risks, and opportunities.

  • Diagnose performance changes and take action proactively.

  • Coordinate internal support while remaining accountable for account progress.

Use AI and automation effectively

  • Use AI tools to support research, analysis, reporting, creative briefs, and workflow improvements.

  • Validate outputs and apply your own judgment before making recommendations or account changes.

What we’re looking for

  • Typically 3+ years of relevant Amazon experience, with proven hands-on ownership of both PPC and brand management.

  • Experience independently managing multiple accounts or brands, ideally within an agency.

  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Ads, Seller Central, Brand Registry, and Brand Analytics.

  • Practical experience with listing optimization, catalogue management, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.

  • Ability to connect advertising metrics with overall business performance and profitable growth.

  • Confident English communication, including leading client calls and presenting recommendations.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

  • Practical experience using AI tools beyond writing copy, with examples of how they improve your work.

Nice to have

  • Amazon DSP experience.

  • Experience with Helium 10, DataDive, Jungle Scout, or similar research tools.

  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Perpetua, Pacvue, Quartile, or Kapoq.

  • Experience with Manage Your Experiments, Search Query Performance, and Product Opportunity Explorer.

What success looks like

Your accounts have clear priorities, campaigns and brand content improve through structured testing, and clients understand what is happening and why. You identify issues early, follow through on execution, and deliver measurable progress toward each brand’s growth and profitability goals.
