The group collaborates with Member Experience physician advisors to construct a dynamic approach towards member needs assessment, learning product evolution, evaluation and continuous improvement. The group also leads a collaborative approach to implementing the Organizational Learning Program Plan, which endeavours to provide a robust learning environment that will support staff, leaders, and councillors in their ongoing learning and skills development. In addition, this group plays a pivotal role in driving the integration of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles throughout the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
