Job description

Senior Graphic Designer | Multi-Brand DTC Group | Remote | Competitive Salary

The company

Our client is a well-funded, high-growth DTC group building a portfolio of health and wellness brands. They take great products with real potential and scale them through strong in-house teams, tested growth playbooks and smart use of technology. It’s a small, international team at an exciting stage, where the people who join now will have a genuine hand in shaping what the business becomes.

The role

They’re hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative across several consumer brands, covering everything from paid social and email through to websites, packaging and product. You’ll partner with brand, e-commerce, CRM and growth teams to produce work that looks great and performs, and you’ll be the person pushing what’s possible with AI imagery, motion and short-form video.

What you’ll do

  • Take projects from first idea and moodboard right through to finished artwork

  • Design campaigns, launches, promotions and seasonal trading moments across multiple brands

  • Create assets for web, landing pages, email, social, paid media, packaging and printed materials

  • Produce and polish AI-generated imagery, blending it with photography and existing assets

  • Turn shoot content into GIFs, animations and short video edits for email and social

  • Art direct shoots with references, shot lists and on-set input

  • Look after brand guidelines and keep creative libraries organised

  • Rework creative properly for each platform, not just resize it

  • Present ideas to stakeholders and explain the thinking behind them

  • Juggle multiple briefs, prioritise sensibly and flag risks to deadlines early

  • Keep an eye on what’s new in design, DTC, motion and AI, and bring fresh ideas to the team

What you’ll bring

  • Senior-level design experience in DTC, e-commerce or consumer brands (supplements, wellness or similar categories a bonus)

  • A portfolio showing digital, email, paid social, campaign and packaging or product work

  • Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling

  • Proven ability to generate concepts from a brief, not just execute someone else’s idea

  • Hands-on use of AI image tools as part of a real production workflow

  • Experience making GIFs, animation or short-form video, ideally for marketing and email

  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills, plus some motion/video editing tools

  • A commercial mindset and a good grasp of what makes DTC creative convert

  • Great organisation, communication and attention to detail, and comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally

Portfolio

A portfolio is essential. Work across campaigns, websites, email, paid social, packaging, launches, art direction and AI-assisted imagery is especially relevant. Motion or video work, particularly where existing content has been repurposed across channels, will help you stand out.

What’s on offer

  • Competitive salary

  • Annual learning and development budget

  • Wellbeing allowance

  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and an extra day off for your birthday

  • Discount across the group’s brands

  • Hybrid working

  • Real ownership and visible impact in a fast-scaling business
