  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner, including their goals, packages and pricing, and how they use and benefit from our services.
  • Serve as the product expert for your partner base, driving adoption of our products and services in collaboration with partners.
  • Partner with the Partnerships lead to build and maintain centralized views of account-level information, such as licensed products, renewal dates, and current spend.
  • Monitor usage data to support partner-led adoption efforts and ensure usage aligns with contracted terms.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of partner accounts, contacts, and interactions

  • Collaborative work ethic and a goal-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently and follow through on commitments.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
