Mindful Souls is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Static Ads Creator with strong visual design skills and practical knowledge of AI-powered creative tools. The role will focus on conceptualizing and producing high-quality, performance-driven static advertisements for Meta campaigns.

The ideal candidate combines design expertise with AI-assisted creativity to develop engaging visuals that capture attention, communicate brand messaging, and support marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create high-quality static advertisements for Meta campaigns across feed, story, and carousel formats.

• Use AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, and Canva AI to develop creative concepts and generate on-brand imagery.

• Write effective AI prompts to produce relevant, high-quality visuals aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

• Refine and enhance AI-generated images using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or other relevant design tools.

• Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and creative experimentation.

• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize ad creatives based on key metrics, including CTR, CPC, and ROAS.

• Ensure all creative assets meet Meta advertising specifications and maintain brand consistency.

• Incorporate feedback and deliver creative assets within agreed timelines.

• Stay updated on emerging AI design tools, creative trends, and advertising best practices.
