  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

What you'll do

  • Oversee and track registration for the BOOST Physician Education Program, ensuring accurate data capture, timely communication, and a seamless participant experience.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for education events, including scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring flawless execution of both live and virtual programs.
  • Act as the Professional Education lead for document control within Arena Quality Management System, including pre-review tracking, final submissions, and approval workflows.
  • Maintain compliance and version integrity across all educational materials.
  • Administer reimbursement processes for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling of expenses in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable, technology-enabled processes that improve the performance and delivery of internal and external training programs by leverage automation and AI-driven tools to streamline workflows and enhance learner experience.
  • Serve as the primary owner for analytics and automation platforms used by the Professional Education team including, driving adoption, optimizing functionality, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure tools deliver maximum value.
  • Collect and analyze program performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement and translate insights into actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and program impact.
