This position requires the following skills and behaviors:

• Expertise in designing and developing application software (C, C++, and/or Rust) using both on-premises (ESXi, KVM, RHEL) and cloud-native (Azure, Kubernetes) technologies within a DevOps environment.

• Hands-on experience developing embedded real-time applications and robust telecommunications features.

• Practical knowledge of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD automation environments (e.g., Jenkins).

• Deep understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, UDP).

• Proven ability to decompose complex system architecture into modular, scalable, and innovative software designs.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to engineers, managers, senior leadership, and business stakeholders.
