Manifold produces world-class, award-winning experiences globally. From small pop-up activations to complex, multi-faceted largescale conferences, production is a core element of bringing visions to life. We feel strongly about creating true and lasting partnerships with our clients. In partnership with our Account, Creative and Operations teams, our goal is to collaborate closely with our clients throughout the lifecycle of an engagement, often creating a relationship that feels like we are an extension of their team.

As Creative Project Manager at Manifold, you oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative initiatives—from initial concept and design approval through print production and install.

You own the workback schedules, trackers, and status reporting that give every team a clear view of what's due and when and you coordinate design work so the right requests reach the right people at the right time. You're the steady hand that flags risks early and protects the creative team's focus, so the work ships on time and on standard.

  • Work closely with design counterparts to ensure their deadlines and deliverables are clear and achieved.
  • Keep all deadlines accurate and current across internal and client workback documents as timelines shift.
  • Maintain a centralized tracker and dashboard with deliverables, deadlines, documentation links, and status updates as the single source of truth for project health.
  • Drive internal accountability through regular communications, including weekly status reports, and keep timelines current in status meetings.
  • Keep the Creative Director and Creative Services Manager informed on overall project health.
  • Coordinate and manage all design requests from Account and Production, prioritizing by timeline and urgency.
  • Communicate regularly with Account and Production on deliverable status and progress.
  • Partner with Producers and Creative to identify upcoming deliverables, proactively flagging risks or blockers to the Creative and Account Director.
  • Partner with the Creative Services Manager and Creative Director on resourcing by monitoring team bandwidth and availability.
  • Track project scope and hours against plan, flagging potential overages early to the Creative Service Manager.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
  • A proactive ability to, “follow the crumbs” if answers don’t immediately seem clear.
  • Demonstrated strength with detailed record keeping for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong command of workback schedules and deadlines.
  • Confidence coordinating creative work and communicating status clearly across Creative, Account, and Production.
  • Sharp organizational judgment,  you spot risks and blockers before they become problems.
  • A collaborative, low-ego style and calm under shifting priorities.
  • The ability to wear a lot of hats and support as each workstream needs.
  • (Preferred) Industry Experience: Prior work history within a top-tier creative agency or in-house marketing team.
