This is a long-term, fully remote opportunity for a skilled professional with hands-on experience managing U.S. immigration cases from start to finish. The ideal candidate can work independently, confidently communicate with clients and attorneys, and take full ownership of cases with minimal supervision.

Our client is a U.S.-based immigration law firm headquartered in Manhattan, representing individuals and businesses across the United States and internationally with a wide range of U.S. immigration and nationality matters. The firm works with clients around the world, including a significant client base in Germany and Italy.

If you are a self-starter and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you! Apply now for an opportunity to start or further your career with a young, fast-growing company that values its front line.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage U.S. immigration cases from start to finish with minimal supervision or ongoing guidance.

  • Support immigration matters with a particular focus on L-1 and O-1 visa cases.

  • Manage cases according to the professional standards, processes, and workflows expected within a U.S. law firm.

  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients throughout their immigration matters.

  • Provide a high level of service when working with senior-level and high-profile clients.

  • Maintain clear communication with attorneys and other members of the legal team throughout each case.

  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit remote team while independently managing assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong professional experience working with U.S. immigration law.

  • Hands-on experience managing immigration cases independently from beginning to end.

  • Professional experience with L-1 and O-1 visa matters.

  • Fluent or native-level English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong client communication skills.

  • Experience communicating with senior, executive, or high-profile clients is highly valued.

  • Ability to work independently without requiring basic immigration-law training or continuous supervision.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, close-knit team.

  • Candidates must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Nice to have:

  • German or Italian language skills, given the firm’s international client base.

  • Experience working with clients based in Germany or Italy.

Time Zone: Eastern Time (ET) / New York Time

Schedule: Full-Time | Regular Office Hours

Candidates progressing in the interview process will also be required to provide at least two professional references, ideally three.
