Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Design and build modern, responsive web applications and microservices using .NET, and AWS cloud services.
• Technical Leadership: Lead engineering teams through architecture reviews, code reviews, and daily agile ceremonies.
• API & Integration: Integrate, optimize, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level developers, setting engineering standards and best practices.

Basic Qualifications

• 8 years experience in software design, development, and team leadership.
• 5 years experience in Core Stack: Strong proficiency in .NET, REST APIs, Microservices, and Entity Framework Core.
• 5 years experience in AWS Services: Hands-on experience with EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks like React.js or Angular, alongside databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $50/Hr to $60/Hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered is temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
