This position is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and turning initial outreach into meaningful business conversations.

You’ll conduct proactive telephone and email outreach, follow up with prospective clients, identify key healthcare decision-makers, and coordinate introductory meetings and next steps with business development leadership.

You’ll also have the opportunity to independently research and develop new prospects, qualify early-stage opportunities, and manage selected sales activities based on your experience and the complexity of the opportunity.

Success in this role requires persistence, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent follow-through while managing multiple prospects and business development activities.

If you’re passionate about healthcare, enjoy building professional relationships, and thrive in a proactive, results-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Research healthcare organizations, identify appropriate decision-makers, and establish direct communication with prospective clients
  • Engage physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, and other decision-makers to identify potential business opportunities
  • Assess prospective client interest, service needs, decision-making processes, and anticipated timelines
  • Schedule introductory calls, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments with business development leadership
  • Re-engage prospective clients whose discussions have stalled or who have not responded to previous outreach

  • Manage selected business development opportunities when assigned, based on experience and opportunity complexity
  • Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce CRM records, including contacts, outreach activities, discussions, meetings, follow-up dates, and opportunity status
  • Coordinate with existing account and opportunity owners before engaging established Salesforce relationships
  • Monitor assigned prospect lists, outreach campaigns, and follow-up activities to ensure timely and consistent communication
  • Provide regular updates on outreach activity, meaningful conversations, qualified meetings, and opportunities advanced
  • Collaborate with sales, clinical, operational, and leadership teams to support business development priorities
