Role Objective

We are looking for a proven sales professional to join our team as a player-coach. This role is not about managing from a distance - it is about being in the work every day, modeling what great looks like, and actively raising the performance of the sales team through hands-on coaching, live role plays, and direct involvement in client strategy sessions.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in consultative sales, knows how to coach others toward better conversion, and brings the kind of energy and discipline that makes a team better just by being in the room. Immigration experience is not required - our sales team has deep legal knowledge. What we need is someone who can sharpen how that knowledge gets communicated, how objections get handled, and how qualified clients get guided to a decision with confidence and care.

This is a growth role. Strong performance here is a direct pathway to an expanded sales leadership position as the firm continues to grow.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Participate in strategy sessions alongside sales team members - observe, support, and debrief to drive continuous improvement in conversion and client experience.
  • Lead structured role plays and live practice sessions focused on objection handling, consultative positioning, same-day close execution, and client communication.
  • Identify patterns in session outcomes, conversion gaps, and recurring objections - translate observations into actionable coaching and surface insights to sales leadership.
  • Model best practices in real time - this is a player-coach role and direct participation in client-facing work is part of the job.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and refine sales scripts, session frameworks, and onboarding materials for new sales team members.
  • Support the team in managing follow-up pipelines - no prospect left without a next step.
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching activity, session observations, and team performance trends in the firm's CRM.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, growth, and high standards across the sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in consultative or high-touch sales - demonstrated success in a quota-driven, performance-based environment; experience as an account executive or in a senior sales capacity strongly preferred.
  • Experience coaching or developing sales talent - able to give direct, constructive feedback and bring others along without formal authority over them.
  • Strong communicator and active listener - builds rapport quickly, reads a room, and adjusts approach based on what a client or team member needs in the moment.
  • Disciplined and process-oriented - understands the mechanics of a sales cycle and can operationalize best practices across a team.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English - native-level Spanish required; strong English communication skills essential for collaboration with US-based leadership.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - able to stay sharp across multiple sessions, observations, and coaching touch points in a given day.
  • Experience with CRM systems - proficient in tracking activity, managing pipelines, and using data to identify performance trends.
  • Immigration experience is a plus but not required - a genuine curiosity about the space and willingness to learn the context are what matter.

This is contracted remote position and requires reliable high-speed internet, a reliable computer, headset, microphone, and video camera
