Senior Project Manager (French & ServiceNow)

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Management Consultant with French and ServiceNow experience to join our team and support complex digital transformation initiatives in an international environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise, hands-on experience with ServiceNow-related projects, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

This is a full-time freelance project with a 1-year contract.

Requirements:

• Senior commercial experience in IT Project Management, digital transformation, or management consulting, preferably within an international organisation or consulting environment.

• Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow, including implementations, integrations, migrations, or platform enhancements.

• French at C1/C2 level – fluent professional communication, both written and spoken.

• English at least B2+ level, preferably C1.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects from initiation to delivery.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Practical experience in:

• Project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.

• Budget management, cost control, and resource allocation.

• Risk, issue, and dependency management (RAID).

• Scope management and change control.

• Stakeholder management and executive reporting.

• Vendor and third-party management.

• Project governance, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.

• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in dynamic, international environments.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including management boards and steering committees.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.

• Ability and willingness to travel when required.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.

  Experience in Government and Public Sector projects.

• Experience with SAP or Power BI.

• Familiarity with additional project management and collaboration tools, including Trello, GitHub, Miro, Slack, and Triskell.

• Experience in business process optimisation, organisational change management, or IT service management.

• Knowledge of additional European languages.

Scope of Services:

• Lead and coordinate complex IT and digital transformation projects, including initiatives involving ServiceNow.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and project documentation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, external vendors, and executive management.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare regular status reports for senior stakeholders.

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder discussions.

• Manage scope changes, project priorities, and stakeholder expectations.

• Support change management activities and ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions.

• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies depending on business and project requirements.
