As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key stakeholders, you’ll influence business strategies, uncover new opportunities, and strengthen partnerships that deliver measurable value for both our partners and Global Payments. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams, you’ll help accelerate innovation, expand market reach, and support our mission of powering commerce worldwide. If you thrive on relationship building, strategic thinking, and creating meaningful business outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while helping shape the future growth of Global Payments.

What You'll Own

  • Strengthen executive-level partnerships by building trusted relationships that influence decision-making, deepen engagement, and create long-term opportunities for mutual growth and success.
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities by leveraging market insights, performance data, and industry trends to expand partner portfolios and accelerate business outcomes.
  • Champion strategic initiatives across teams by aligning internal resources and partner objectives to deliver measurable results, enhance client experiences, and maximize partnership value.
  • Shape the future of partner success by driving innovation, increasing adoption of emerging payment solutions, and improving performance through continuous optimization and strategic collaboration.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, financial services, payments, or strategic partnership management with a track record of delivering growth.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership within complex partner organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data, trends, and market insights into actionable growth strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to lead impactful business discussions.
  • A self-driven, accountable, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently delivering results.

It's a Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working with financial institutions, banking partners, credit unions, or strategic channel partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the payments industry, merchant services, and business banking solutions.
  • Experience leading joint go-to-market initiatives, business planning sessions, or partner growth programs that delivered measurable business impact.
