Production Artist

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Artist with 4–7 years of experience in graphic design and print production. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prepare high-quality design assets for mass production. This role involves creating product designs and layouts, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create designs and layouts for various products.
• Prepare and optimize design assets for mass production.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all design outputs.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in graphic design and print production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong creative, design, and layout skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Amenable to work 6AM
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with or interest in the journaling community.
  • Experience using macOS.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and workflows.
