Job description

Role Overview

The Director of Accounting & Corporate Controller will serve as CAA’s Financial Controller and will help build the accounting infrastructure for a growing, multi-state producer responsibility organization. This is a build, not a maintenance role. CAA is a fast-scaling organization, and we are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial professional who can support the accounting function, manage a high performing team, challenge the status quo, and act as a true business partner, vs simply overseeing transactions and processing.

  • Provide leadership and direction organization wide as necessary to ensure implementation of internal control structures, processes and systems necessary to support publication of complete and accurate financial statements.
