You’ll get the kind of access, challenge, and growth found at big firms – while helping build a company that’s scaling fast and guided by what we value. If you're looking for meaning, momentum, and a seat at the table, you're in the right place.

  • Monitor operational vendors and consultants against assigned scope, service levels, deliverables, issues, and contract obligations; escalate strategic or contractual decisions to the Director.
  • Support budget tracking and resource planning for assigned operations; identify variances and requests requiring Director action.
  • Provide routine operational reporting on service health, incidents, backlog, delivery status, capacity, quality, risks, and decisions requiring escalation.

QUALIFICATIONS
