Job description

At GG TEQ, we're building the next generation of hybrid solutions by offering hardware, software, and IT solutions designed to help organizations modernize infrastructure and move faster with confidence. We're a high-growth, entrepreneurial team that values ownership, performance, and integrity.

At GG TEQ, we respect your time. Our Talent Acquisition Manager reviews every application, and you can expect to hear back from us within 48 hours of applying.

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to own and scale GG TEQ's marketing engine. You'll build and run campaigns that create pipeline for our sales team, raise our brand profile in the IT solutions market, and help us get the most from our vendor and partner relationships.

This role suits someone who has done marketing inside a Value Added Reseller (VAR) and understands how a reseller goes to market. That includes co-marketing with manufacturers and distributors, using vendor marketing funds, and turning a broad product portfolio into clear messages that IT decision-makers care about. You'll have a lot of autonomy, real influence on revenue, and room to grow as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with sales targets and company growth goals.
  • Plan and run multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid and organic social, SEO/SEM, webinars, events) aimed at IT decision-makers.
  • Manage co-marketing with manufacturers, distributors, and software publishers, including MDF/co-op fund requests, campaign execution, and proof-of-performance reporting.
  • Build messaging and positioning across our hardware, software, cloud, and services portfolio.
  • Own the website, content calendar, and digital presence. Produce case studies, solution briefs, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to define lead qualification criteria, nurture prospects, and support account-based marketing for key targets.
  • Manage marketing activity and lead tracking in the CRM, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Plan and support virtual and in-person events, vendor-sponsored activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, external agencies, and freelancers as needed.
  • Keep brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with direct experience working in marketing for an IT Value Added Reseller (VAR).
  • Hands-on experience running co-marketing programs with technology vendors and distributors, including MDF/co-op funds.
  • A track record of building campaigns that generated measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the IT solutions landscape (hardware, software, cloud, and services) and how to market to IT decision-makers.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment, as both a strategist and an executor.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience marketing Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HP, Lenovo, or similar manufacturer solutions.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and intent data tools.
  • Background marketing managed services or recurring revenue offerings (MRR/ARR).
  • Experience with paid media, SEO, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or experience managing creative resources.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000 CAD + performance bonuses
  • Health benefits
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • 100% remote work environment within Canada

Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 CAD + performance bonuses
