QA Automation Engineer - Python (Remote)

Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Tester (Python) role based in Chennai. The role involves designing and executing manual and automated test cases for Python-based applications and services, ensuring that software meets defined quality standards and functional requirements. The Quality Assurance Tester will analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, perform test execution, document defects, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams to support timely resolution. Responsibilities include maintaining test documentation, contributing to test plans and regression suites, participating in code and design reviews from a QA perspective, and continuously improving testing processes and coverage. The role also requires clear communication of test results, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and adherence to established QA methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:Should have 4+ experience in QA and Automation testing.Should have good knowledge in Python, Pytest is mandatory.                                          Should have good knowledge on SQL.Should have good knowledge on Testcases /Test Plan /Test strategies /Test Reporting.Should have good exposure in testing the API/Web ApplicationShould have sound knowledge in Rest API.Should be aware of SDLC/STLC process.Should have knowledge of version control tool like Git.Should have good communication skills.Good to Have:Knowledge on AWS/Jira toolsHave experience working in Health care, Pharma DomainHaving exposure in LLM application
