We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the organization of key client projects and achieve project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

The ideal candidate

Enjoy the idea and practice of communicating with clients, understanding their "requests for ideas," and delegating them as projects to team members (with follow-up + verification) to confirm that their ideas are turned into reality and with a high level of quality. He likes to make people happy while keeping everything neat and organized (Is there something behind? Is each project on track? Is this what the client was looking to achieve/obtain?).

She/He likes to learn new marketing/web tools (although we also have support developers to do most of the work). Consider yourself an expert communicator via chat/meetings (professional, no typos). It is clear and friendly. Has a collaborative, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

The most common types of tasks are fairly well defined and similar, but each customer's business and requirements are different. You like this and have a minimum of more than 1 year of experience as a project manager and/or customer service. The ideal candidate is never "confused" and is a tech-savvy, tech-savvy person with a service-oriented, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers for the flawless execution of projects.
2. Make sure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
3. Develop the scope and objectives of the project, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
4. Guarantee the availability and allocation of resources (people, tools, budgets)
5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
6. Create and maintain complete project documentation (for the external and internal customer)
7. Use proper verification techniques to manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
8. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
9. Inform and escalate to management as needed
10. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
11. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
12. Meet financial goals by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenses, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.

Requirements:

1. Advanced Level English
2. University academic training, preferably in the fields of Administration or digital marketing.
3. Experience as a Project Manager in the digital marketing or technology development sector.
4. Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience in digital marketing and web development.
5. Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
6. Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills (on different projects).
7. Strong hands-on knowledge of Trello, Jira, Clickup, and more.
8. The PMP / Scrum Certification
9. Marketing Certificates or Development Skills are a super plus.

Job types: full time

Income: $1.200-$2.000 (Based on Quality+Experience)
