Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations in the United States. You will manage tasks that support the program's success, including stakeholder management for the health plan, handling escalations, member/grocery operations, support, and reporting. This is a do-it-all role, and we need someone who wants to get their hands dirty and take on significant ownership and autonomy. 
Key Responsibilities

• Primary liaison to the health plans
• Maanging and delivery of reporting
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders
• Working with our health coaches
• Answering members questions
• Helping members onboard/offboard
• Handling grocery operations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3 years of Program Manager experience (Not Project Management or Product Management)
• 3 years of experience working at a healthcare company.
• 3 years of experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid.
• Previous experience working at an early-stage startup is preferred.
• Previous experience handling member support through calls, texts, and emails.
• Success working within a small team, having ownership of many areas
• Excellent communication with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
• A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• You are interested in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health. 
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary: 72500 - 85000 USD per year
