Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: CRC 7000 - CRC 7364.45 / hr.

Job Description:

Collect info from stakeholders to upload to the system. Understand these steps, execute them and provide improvements.
Teaching/training material and explaining step-by-step procedures and concepts.
Assist stakeholder(s) in the collection of information in order to complete data load templates, executing the uploads, understanding errors that occur, and closing back with business stakeholders to address issues.
This will involve many different types of Excel templates and working with software to create the best process to execute the loads. This will involve close partnership with stakeholders to understand purpose and apply learnings, as well as the ability to represent the work professionally with key business partners.

Responsibilities:

Ability to learn key business focus in order to apply judgment and understand overall program objectives.
Ability to prioritize and organize work: set standards for processes created so that they can be replicated, identify resources required, and clearly communicate both verbally and in writing, including summarizing status and communicating clearly in meetings.
Data collection: Previous experience in assisting stakeholder(s) in the collection of information in order to complete data load templates, executing the uploads, understanding errors that occur, and closing back with business stakeholders to address issues. This will involve many different types of Excel templates and working with software to create the best process to execute the loads. This will involve close partnership with stakeholders to understand purpose and apply learnings, as well as the ability to represent the work professionally with key business partners.
Data analysis: Expert in Excel, ability to perform pivot tables with existing data sources, ability to analyze data, make inferences, and understand implications.
Assist in the onboarding process for new users by providing training on data tools, systems, and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in user training or support.
Capable of working independently, with strong time management skills.
Ability to analyze data.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience.
Must have advanced English skills.
Excel proficiency is required.
PTC Windchill experience is a must.
Must have training and legitimate Windchill experience.

Nice to have:

Report creation and management experience.
Project Management or Scrum experience.
