BCM Sr Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow BCM Developer / Sr. Developer with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) implementation, customization, integrations, and platform development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting BCM capabilities aligned with business continuity and operational resilience requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and develop solutions within ServiceNow BCM module.
• Implement and support Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Crisis Management, Recovery Plans, and Testing/Exercise Management.
• Develop workflows, flows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, and catalog solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and BCM operational analytics.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and deployment activities.
• Support defect fixes, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• Experience working on ServiceNow BCM / IRM / GRC modules.
• Knowledge of:

• Custom Workspace in-depth knowledge
• Following best practices of ServiceNow.
• DocuSign is good to have skills.
• CSA & CAD are a must to have.
• Integration Capabilities: Development and support of ServiceNow applications and integration with third-party tools/applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IRM / GRC ecosystem.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.
• BCM or Operational Resilience domain exposure preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
