Platform Architect - Certified ServiceNow Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Senior ServiceNow Consultant with a strong blend of strategic consulting expertise and hands-on implementation experience. This role requires a seasoned professional who can engage with C-level executives, drive digital transformation initiatives, and lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow programs across ITOM, HR, and AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, executive presence, and the ability to translate business challenges into technology-driven outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, senior business leaders, and enterprise stakeholders

✅ Lead strategic workshops, transformation roadmaps, and executive-level discussions

✅ Drive ServiceNow adoption and enterprise transformation initiatives

✅ Deliver and oversee implementation programs across:

• ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• AI & Intelligent Automation Initiatives
• Digital Workflow Transformation

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions

✅ Provide guidance on governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements

✅ Influence key stakeholders and manage complex enterprise relationships

✅ Mentor teams and provide thought leadership across large-scale ServiceNow engagements

Required Skills & Experience

✔ 12+ years of overall IT experience

✔ Strong consulting, advisory, and business transformation background

✔ Proven experience engaging with CXOs, Directors, VP-level, and senior stakeholders

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence ("gravitas")

✔ Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM and HRSD solutions

✔ Experience with AI adoption, GenAI initiatives, workflow automation, or intelligent operations

✔ Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance, Governance, and Risk frameworks

✔ Ability to lead enterprise transformation programs from strategy through execution

Preferred Qualifications

➕ Experience in global enterprise environments

➕ Knowledge of GRC, GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks
