Job description

Marketing Analyst

Smarter Apps is a fast-growing mobile app portfolio company, dedicated to creating products that make our users' lives smarter, not harder. Our portfolio spans a range of categories, and we are on a mission to scale our apps to reach millions of users worldwide.

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Marketing Analyst to help us make smarter, data-informed decisions across our app portfolio. In this role, you’ll take ownership of core performance reporting, forecasting, and insight generation, working closely with our UA, ASO, product, and data teams. You’ll not only track what’s happening, you’ll help us understand why, and what to do next.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on marketing performance across all channels of user acquisition
Track and analyze cohort-level KPIs (retention, monetization, churn, engagement) to identify opportunities and guide optimization

  • Build, refine, and maintain predictive LTV models based on cohort performance and user segmentation

  • Validate data integrity across platforms and ensure consistency throughout the reporting and decision-making process

  • Ensure data quality and consistency across sources and tools, including cohort-level analysis

  • Build and maintain dashboards tailored to the needs of marketing and creative teams, as well as high-level strategic dashboards for C-level stakeholders

  • Support A/B test design and evaluation across ads, product pages, and onboarding flows

  • Partner with UA teams to evaluate campaigns and guide bidding, targeting, and creative strategies

  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines

  • Support the integration of new tools, acquisition channels, and user funnels to improve attribution accuracy and data completeness

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a data or marketing analytics role, ideally within a mobile-first environment

  • Hands-on experience with cohort analysis and LTV forecasting, using behavioral and monetization data

  • Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and user segmentation

  • Advanced SQL and Python skills (with pandas or similar for cohort processing and analysis)

  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio with cohort metric breakdowns

  • Familiarity with attribution frameworks and user acquisition models (including SKAN on iOS)

  • Comfortable working with MMPs and product analytics tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Firebase, RevenueCat)

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in cross-functional collaboration

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and bonus structure.

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Professional development opportunities and career growth.

  • A collaborative, international, fully remote work environment.

  • Opportunity to shape data-driven strategy and play a key role in launching new products and features across a rapidly growing app portfolio.
