(Senior) AI / MCP Engineer (m/f/x)

What we look for

Your mission

• You will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered features and MCP integrations across the PlentyOne platform. 
• You will work cross-functionally with various product and engineering teams to build scalable, reliable, and secure AI capabilities embedded into our SaaS architecture.

Your profile

• Proven hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered features to production (not just prototypes or POC's)
• Deep practical experience with: 
  • LLM APIs and model capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable providers)
  • Tool/function calling and agent orchestration
  • Prompt design, evaluation, and reliability techniques
• Solid experience designing and operating Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and/or clients, or demonstrably similar agent-tool architectures
