  • Customer-minded. You understand how inspection quality and responsiveness affect dealers, Sales and the marketplace.

You Will:

  • Lead inspection operations across the assigned region, with accountability for quality, productivity, capacity and service reliability.
  • Manage and develop inspectors by setting goals, coaching performance, completing reviews and taking corrective action when required.
  • Partner with Inspector Regional Leads to run a consistent performance cadence across the region using scorecards, field observations and quality and productivity data.
  • Lead regional workforce planning, hiring, onboarding and training to align coverage and scheduling capacity with dealer demand.
  • Work with Sales and Scheduling to communicate constraints early, resolve service issues and protect dealer commitments.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance, Arbitration, Product and Technology to address recurring defects and improve inspection tools and workflows.
  • Standardize best practices across markets in the region and report performance and operational risks with clear owners, mitigation plans and timelines.
