  • Research product development options and recommend technical approaches and product direction.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical governance reviews, providing teams with clear direction, resources, and realistic schedule and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate deployment of functional improvements within approved release schedules and promote continuous technical improvement.
  • Partner with the Program Manager to manage scope, schedule, resources, and cost baselines and track performance against contract requirements.
  • Identify program risks, operational bottlenecks, and engineering issues; implement corrective actions and escalate matters requiring additional authority.
  • Work with the Program Director, Program Manager, customer, technical leads, and program staff to meet staffing and performance needs.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, corporate leadership, subcontractors, and program teams to align priorities and resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Prepare program reports, deliverables, executive briefings, and written updates that clearly communicate technical metrics, progress, risks, and decisions needed.
