By “Connecting Convenience” across the globe, we empower businesses to increase productivity, make more informed decisions, and engage faster with customers through loyalty programs, shopper insights, and unmatched real-time market intelligence via mobile applications, such as GasBuddy.  We’re a global team committed to excellence, collaboration, and driving real impact. Explore our opportunities and become part of a company that values diversity, integrity, and growth.

Build products customers value. Turn insights into action. Drive ideas from opportunity to impact.

At PDI Technologies, we build technology that helps businesses operate more efficiently, make smarter decisions, and deliver better experiences for their customers. We’re looking for a Product Manager who is curious, customer-focused, and energized by turning real-world problems into meaningful product solutions.

In this role, you’ll own a product or key product area, working closely with customers, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, set priorities, and bring solutions to market.

This is a great opportunity for a Product Manager who has built a solid foundation in product management and is ready to take greater ownership of product strategy, roadmap decisions, and business outcomes.

What you'll do
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for an assigned product or product area.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, users, business needs, and market trends.

  • Translate customer problems and business opportunities into clear product requirements and outcomes.

  • Partner closely with Engineering and UX throughout discovery, development, testing, launch, and iteration.

  • Prioritize features and initiatives by balancing customer value, business impact, technical considerations, effort, and risk.

  • Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other stakeholders.

  • Use product analytics, customer insights, and market data to evaluate performance and guide decisions.

  • Define success measures and monitor product adoption, utilization, customer experience, and business impact.

  • Partner with go-to-market teams to support product launches, positioning, enablement, and adoption.

  • Communicate roadmap priorities, product decisions, progress, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve the product and customer experience.

  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve product discovery, research, requirements development, analysis, and day-to-day product management.

  • Continuously learn, test assumptions, and adjust priorities based on results.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3–5+ years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related technology experience, with direct product management experience preferred.

  • Experience working with software or technology products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle.

  • Working knowledge of Agile product development practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Experience developing product requirements, user stories, roadmaps, and prioritization recommendations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data and customer insights into product decisions.

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively partner with Engineering teams.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical, customer, and business audiences.

  • Experience collaborating across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, or similar functions.

  • Comfort working through ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and making informed trade-offs.

  • Customer-focused mindset with genuine curiosity about how people use products and where their biggest challenges lie.

  • Experience with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud-based, enterprise software, payments, retail technology, data, or platform products.

  • Experience conducting customer discovery, competitive analysis, or market research.

  • Experience using product analytics to measure adoption and inform roadmap decisions.

  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, data platforms, or other technical product concepts.

  • Experience participating in product launches and go-to-market activities

What Success looks like You’ll be successful in this role when you understand the customer problem behind the request, not just the requested feature. You’ll bring clarity to competing priorities, build strong partnerships across teams, use data and customer insight to make thoughtful decisions, and consistently move products from idea to measurable customer and business value.  PDI is committed to offering a well-rounded benefits program, designed to support and care for you, and your family throughout your life and career.  This includes a competitive salary, market-competitive benefits, and a quarterly perks program. We encourage a good work-life balance with ample time off [time away] and, where appropriate, hybrid working arrangements.  Employees have access to continuous learning, professional certifications, and leadership development opportunities. Our global culture fosters diversity, inclusion, and values authenticity, trust, curiosity, and diversity of thought, ensuring a supportive environment for all.
