Job description

Location: 100% Remote (Global)
Timezone / Hours: Flexible
Engagement Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor

πŸš€ The Vision: Building the Operating System for Product Creation

Since 2013, THE/STUDIO has been building the definitive operating system for product creation. We are combining modern SaaS technology with custom manufacturing to make producing physical goods as seamless, fast, and scalable as launching software.

We operate two core platforms: Customize Now (our best-in-class, on-demand manufacturing platform) and Source Anything (our new SaaS product that enables customers to seamlessly work with global factories beyond our own network).

We are a profitable, previously Silicon Valley-backed, fully remote company, and we are not just looking to improve manufacturing, we are looking for a visionary operator to help us truly revolutionize the global supply chain.

πŸ’» The Role

You will own everything a customer reads and experiences after they find us: the website, lifecycle communication, email, and the positioning and messaging behind all of it. The goal is simple. More visitors become customers, and more customers come back.

This is an in-house role. It depends on collecting and applying knowledge about our product, market and audience every week, which is why we are not outsourcing it.

Why This Role Is Exciting:

  • Direct Access to Leadership: You will have the opportunity to work directly with our CEO and executive team, giving you high visibility, direct mentorship, and a seat at the table.

  • Product & Strategic Influence: We operate with flat hierarchies. Your daily insights from the ground level will directly shape our product roadmap, workflows, and company strategy.

  • Rapid Scale & Career Trajectory: We are growing rapidly. Joining us right now means high autonomy, minimal red tape, and massive room for personal and professional acceleration.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Website and CRO. Own the structure, messaging and conversion of our website and key product pages. Plan and run tests that can be read, and ship changes with design and engineering.

  • Lifecycle communication. Build the customer journey after the first order: onboarding, reorder triggers, win-back and repeat paths. Own our recurring revenue goals together with the Head of Marketing.

  • Positioning and messaging. Define how THE/STUDIO and each product line are positioned for each customer segment. Keep one source of truth used by the website, ads, sales and our AI sales agent.

  • Email. Plan, write and run lifecycle and marketing email as part of customer communication.

  • Customer research. Turn sales calls, customer conversations and reviews into copy, page changes and new tests.

  • Reporting. Measure your work on revenue and CRM data: conversion rate, repeat revenue, repeat order value.

πŸ’‘ The Profile We’re Looking For (Our Core Pillars)

Our CEO defines our top performers by three distinct traits. If this describes how you operate, you will thrive here:

  1. Raw Intelligence & Problem-Solving: High processing power, business acumen, and logical reasoning. You can think on your feet, connect complex ideas, and break down ambiguous problems quickly.

  2. "Give a Shit" Energy (Extreme Ownership): You take 100% accountability for your domain and outcomes. You don't make excuses or blame external factors. You look inward, find solutions, and push across the finish line.

  3. Rapid Adaptation & Radical Candor: You embrace blunt, constructive feedback and pivot instantly without ego. You excel in a fast-moving environment where you need to act with urgency without waiting for hand-holding.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in B2B or e-commerce marketing with ownership of website conversion, messaging or lifecycle

  • A track record of copy and pages built from real customer research, not assumptions

  • Experience building lifecycle or email programs, with results you can show in revenue

  • Solid A/B testing basics: sample size, a single primary metric, a minimum effect worth acting on

  • Ability to own work end to end with little supervision, from strategy to shipped page or flow

  • Fluent written English

Nice to have

  • Experience with funnels that mix self-serve and sales-led buying

  • Hands-on with a CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot) and an email platform

  • Experience writing prompts or knowledge bases for AI sales or support agents

  • Background in custom manufacturing, merch or print on demand

πŸ’° Compensation & Terms

  • Flexible & Competitive: We offer competitive, outcome-driven compensation packages tailored to the candidate's level of impact.

  • Engagement Type: Full-time, exclusive independent contractor role.

  1. Submit Application: IMPORTANT! Please submit your resume/CV in English
