Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.
We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don't wait for permission; we step in.
Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren't built by sitting together, they're built by pulling in the same direction.
We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.
And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.
Some of our most valuable customer conversations begin in a room: a CISO dinner, a founder meetup, a practitioner roundtable. Your mission is to turn those conversations into a predictable, growing source of pipeline for Sprinto.
You’ll own our global field marketing strategy across the US, EMEA, and APAC, reaching startup and SMB founders as well as mid-market security, GRC, and IT leaders. You’ll decide where we show up, whom we bring together, and where every field dollar goes.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll sit on the Marketing leadership team and lead three regional field marketers covering US Mid-Market, APAC/EMEA Mid-Market, and Startup/SMB programs. You’ll also own GRC Hub and Secure Circle, our CISO peer group, and bring field programs into our broader ABM motion.
This is a player-coach role. You’ll build the strategy, systems, and team while staying close to execution, whether that means hosting an executive dinner, testing a new market, or working with Sales on an account-specific experience.
Own the global field strategy and pipeline. Build annual and quarterly plans across the US, EMEA, and APAC, aligned with regional sales priorities. Own sourced and influenced pipeline, budgets, and ROI, using program reviews within 30 days to decide what to scale, improve, or stop.
Build programs that move buyers forward. Run conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, and partner-led experiences. Align with Sales and SDRs on target accounts, meeting goals, outreach, follow-up, and nurture, and embed account-specific field plays into our ABM motion.
Grow communities and executive relationships. Own GRC Hub and Secure Circle, creating programming that builds membership, engagement, and pipeline. Bring the right buyers into the room and turn members into speakers, hosts, and advocates.
Lead the team and build repeatable systems. Coach three regional field marketers, own hiring and headcount planning, and build reusable playbooks for execution and reporting. Manage vendors and agencies, and partner with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Finance to keep programs consistent and well-run.
Experiment and turn learning into action. Test new markets, formats, gifting, and activations with clear hypotheses and budget caps. Use AI to improve research, targeting, content, and reporting, and turn successful experiments into programs the team can repeat.
You’ve built and led field marketing teams. You bring 8–12 years in B2B marketing, including 5+ in SaaS field or regional marketing and 3+ managing field marketers, ideally across regions.
You can connect programs to commercial outcomes. You’ve owned multi-region budgets and pipeline targets, can demonstrate program ROI, and are comfortable building your own analysis in HubSpot.
You understand different markets and buyers. You’ve run programs in at least two of the US, UK/Europe, Middle East, or India/APAC, reaching startup/SMB buyers and mid-market or enterprise security, IT, or GRC leaders.
You bring people together around execution. You build strong partnerships with Sales, SDRs, and Partners, and are equally comfortable hosting senior executives, presenting to leadership, and getting into event details.
You build, learn, and adapt. You move quickly through ambiguity, use evidence to prioritise, and turn lessons into practical playbooks. You stay close to execution while helping your team grow.
You’ll bring additional perspective if you’ve worked in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC; built a practitioner community or executive peer group; designed account-level field programs; or helped a Series B+ company turn founder-led initiatives into a repeatable field motion.
If you’ve built field programs that created meaningful buyer relationships, measurable pipeline, and a stronger playbook for the next round, we’d love to hear how you did it.
At Sprinto, talent, curiosity, and ownership matter more than where you come from. We hire people for the problems they can solve, the impact they create, and the way they help others succeed—not their background, identity, or personal circumstances. We believe the best teams are built when people with different perspectives come together around a shared ambition to build something meaningful.
We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a fair, inclusive, and accessible hiring process for everyone.
