In this mid-level role, you'll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns that generate high-quality leads, drive conversions, and deliver measurable ROI.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident managing campaigns independently. You should have a strong understanding of Google Ads, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity for a performance marketer looking to take ownership of campaigns, work with international teams, and grow their career in digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Write compelling ad copy and test different creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates, advertising trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Search campaigns, with exposure to Performance Max, Display, or YouTube advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads campaign structures, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to independently manage advertising budgets and make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience conducting A/B tests and improving campaign conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Comfortable presenting campaign results and recommendations to internal stakeholders or clients.

Nice to Have

  • Google Ads certifications.
  • Experience managing campaigns for UK, US, or other international markets.
