  • Publish LinkedIn company page content using provided copy and approved images.
  • Log, organize, and track marketing requests from designated client managers, handling routine tasks according to approved procedures and escalating requests requiring further review.
  • Organize, maintain, and retrieve recurring marketing reports, including SEO and AI search reports, while providing administrative support for reporting activities.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and reports are accurate and aligned with established guidelines.
  • Stay updated on new HubSpot features, marketing tools, and industry developments, proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience building and managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including templates, contact segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards directly within HubSpot.
  • Experience managing HubSpot workflows, lead routing, contact imports, and other marketing automation tasks.
  • Hands-on experience scheduling Facebook and X posts using content calendars and established approval processes.
  • Experience managing and publishing LinkedIn company page content using supplied copy and images.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT for generating and revising social media graphics.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently review campaign settings, contact lists, links, and reporting accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly during client calls and provide concise, accurate updates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to follow instructions, seek clarification when necessary, and adhere to approval processes before launching campaigns or publishing content.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in learning new HubSpot features, marketing technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with WordPress administration and basic website management is an advantage.
