This is a Management Buy-In opportunity, offering the possibility to acquire a substantial shareholding in QCA through a personal investment of €40,000–€80,000. The final investment amount and equity terms will be discussed and agreed directly with the company Owner.

Job Description

As Managing Director, you will take responsibility for QCA's strategic direction, commercial performance, and international expansion.

Your primary mission will be to transform an established product foundation into a scalable, commercially successful SaaS business, positioning QCA as a competitive solution in the global cybersecurity compliance market.

You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on business development, working closely with the company's stakeholders and technology teams to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Business Leadership

• Define and execute QCA's growth strategy, guiding the company through its transition from startup to scale-up.

• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic partnerships.

• Establish clear commercial priorities and measurable business objectives.

Sales & Market Expansion

• Lead international business development, customer acquisition, and market penetration.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth.

• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key decision-makers.

• Develop scalable commercial processes and strengthen QCA's market positioning.

Product Strategy & Innovation

• Collaborate with product and development teams to align the platform with evolving customer and regulatory requirements.

• Identify opportunities to enhance QCA's competitive positioning and product offering.

• Ensure product development remains aligned with commercial objectives and market demand.

Financial & Operational Management

• Oversee business operations, financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.

• Establish sustainable operating models and drive profitability and long-term value creation.

• Build and lead teams as the business expands.

Qualifications

We are looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial leader with experience building or scaling technology businesses and the ambition to take an active ownership role.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business leadership, commercial growth, or scaling early-stage companies.

• Strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and market expansion.

• Good understanding of cybersecurity compliance frameworks, particularly NIS2 and DORA.

• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance technology, or related B2B technology markets.

• Ability to identify business opportunities and translate strategy into measurable results.

• Strong financial and operational management capabilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, structured approach, and strong sense of ownership.
