Position Overview

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll support commercial strategy consulting projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across portfolio and asset strategy, brand and launch strategy, and commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to address client questions
  • Help prepare and facilitate client workshops, capturing decisions and next steps
  • Develop clear, visual client deliverables that tell a coherent story and translate findings into strategic recommendations
  • Own assigned tasks, manage deadlines and check work quality before review
  • Take ownership of project timelines and day-to-day coordination, keeping deliverables on track, communicating dependencies, and flagging risks or delays early

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required; MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred - life sciences, psychology, business, or a related field
  • 6 months-4 years' experience in a relevant space - this could mean healthcare consulting, research, pharma or biotech, medical comms, behavioral science, or academic with real-world application
  • A strategic, curious and client-focused mindset, connecting evidence to client business objectives
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Initiative, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with ownership of deadlines and work quality
  • Clear written and verbal communication and strong collaboration skills, with adaptability and emotional intelligence
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research and analysis, with the judgment to assess output accuracy and relevance
