Job description

ABOUT THE COMPANY

LITIT, a joint venture between NTT DATA and Reiz Tech, is a company with deep-rooted industry know-how, dedicated to innovation within the IT sector. Its primary focus is delivering high-quality solutions in the DACH region. With a commitment to excellence, LITIT combines the best of German precision, Japanese work ethics, and Lithuanian talent to provide unparalleled IT service and support to its clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive Assistant Intern to join our team for an unpaid practical internship.

This opportunity is ideal for a student or someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in an international IT environment and learn how day-to-day business operations work.

You will support different teams with administrative tasks, coordination, documentation, communication, and general organisational activities. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced colleagues, learn internal processes and tools, and gradually take on more responsibility as you gain confidence.

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you are reliable, organised, curious, willing to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support different teams with day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks.

  • Help prepare and organise documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars.

  • Keep internal information and documentation organised and up to date.

  • Support internal communication and follow up on requests or agreed actions.

  • Assist with data entry, basic reporting, and information gathering.

  • Help organise meetings, internal activities, and events.

  • Learn and work with different internal tools and systems.

  • Support colleagues with various day-to-day requests.

  • Take on additional tasks depending on current team needs and your development during the internship.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Student status or the possibility to complete a practical internship as part of your studies.

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Good English skills.

  • Responsible and reliable approach to tasks.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others.

  • Curiosity and a proactive attitude.

  • German language skills would be considered an advantage.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary range: Unpaid 2 months internship.

  • Learning opportunities with compensated certificates, learning lunches, and language lessons.

  • Chance to switch projects after one year.

  • Team building twice a year.

  • Office in Vilnius, Lithuania that offers themed lunches and a pet-friendly environment.

  • Remote work opportunities.

  • Flexible time off depending on a project.

  • Seasonal activities with colleagues.

  • Additional health insurance and loyalty days for Lithuanian residents.

  • Referral bonuses.

  • Recognition of important occasions of your life.
