Job description

About Reveal Technology Founded in 2019, Reveal is a dynamic startup revolutionizing field operations by delivering software tools and intelligence to operators in remote, disconnected, and extreme environments. Reveal is the Digital Arms Room for the Modern Warrior — providing the tactical intelligence and automation platform for physical, human, and digital terrain at the edge.   Our flagship products include Farsight, a 3D processing and mission planning platform that transforms complex terrain into operational advantage, and Identifi, a secure identity verification solution designed for rapid, trusted identification in dynamic environments. In 2026, Reveal expanded its software portfolio to include Chronos and Anomaly 6, further strengthening its capabilities across the modern battlefield.   Reveal exists to serve defense, security, and public safety missions where time is compressed, information is contested, and precision matters. We are scaling our team and technology to meet the accelerating demands of modern warfare and national security.
About the Role Reveal is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for Farsight and Emerging Products as we deliver on our mission to Modernize the Warrior.   Farsight is a 3D mapping and terrain intelligence platform that turns drone, satellite, and sensor imagery into a single operational interface, empowering frontline units to plan, rehearse, and execute missions at the tactical edge.   Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will partner with the GM of our Geospatial Business Unit who leads Farsight, our CTO who leads Emerging Products, and Sales leaders to develop positioning, market strategy, and build and execute the mission-focused campaigns supported by your product portfolio. You will become fluent in our markets, customers, and products and translate those insights into differentiated messaging, compelling customer evidence, and integrated marketing campaigns.   This is a hands-on role spanning research, strategy, writing, and execution. You should be equally comfortable developing a product narrative, designing a sales deck or slick sheet, editing a video demo, manning a tradeshow booth, driving content generation at tactical events, and measuring KPIs.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Product Marketing for Farsight & Emerging Products: Own product marketing for your portfolio. Use customer, market, and competitive research to shape positioning, inform pricing, and develop GTM strategy with the Director of Product Marketing and your Product and Sales partners.
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Campaigns: Partner with BU and GTM leaders to develop and execute the Edge Mission Command, Agile Targeting, and Expeditionary Mobile Ops campaigns supported by Farsight and Emerging Products.
  • Build the GTM Kit & Sales Enablement Assets: Own the writing, design, maintenance, and adoption of your portfolio’s GTM assets, including sales decks, slick sheets, competitive battlecards, customer case studies, product videos, demos, and white papers.
  • Execute Email Marketing: Develop product-specific nurture content and sales outreach emails within Reveal’s centralized email marketing program, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Marketing Operations.
  • Drive Product Announcements: Develop messaging, customer evidence, and supporting assets for product launches, contract awards, and fielding milestones, coordinating with the Director of Product Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Product, and GTM partners.
  • Support Tradeshows & Field Demos: Own product messaging, content, and demo narratives for your portfolio at tradeshows, BattleLab, and field demonstrations. Partner with Events, Product, and Sales to engage priority customers, capture customer feedback, and advance opportunities.
  • Drive Lead Generation & Measure Success: Maintain monthly and quarterly scorecards tracking qualified lead generation, target customer engagement, sales enablement adoption, and pipeline progression for your portfolio. Partner with Sales to convert engagement into qualified opportunities and use results to refine strategy and tactics.

  • Requirements
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, mission-driven work ethic, and a high standard of excellence and culture.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM Marketing, or a similar role at a high-velocity defense tech company or startup.
  • Experience in defense technology, national security, or government-facing technology markets, with an understanding of how user needs, technical evaluation, funding, and acquisition shape purchasing decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning and execute GTM campaigns in partnership with Product and Sales.
  • Strong customer research and market analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations re: pricing, positioning, and GTM tactics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write compelling narratives, key messages, and sales materials (no AI-generated copy) that translate product capabilities into customer value.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality sales enablement assets, customer case studies, product videos, and demo content that support adoption and commercial growth.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to track meaningful KPIs, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work.
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up your sleeves to write, design, build, and edit digital and video assets using Adobe, Figma, Canva, and Google Slides; manage projects; and build trusted partnerships across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
