About Axuall

Built with leading healthcare systems, Axuall is a clinical workforce intelligence company built on top of a national real-time practitioner data network. It enables healthcare systems, staffing firms, telehealth organizations, and health plans to accelerate clinician onboarding, improve hiring and workforce planning, and maintain accurate provider data across enterprise systems. By delivering trusted data, AI-powered insights, and seamless data exchange, Axuall empowers healthcare organizations to improve operational efficiency, strengthen clinical coverage, and support revenue capture.

Axuall's investors and the organizations they represent comprise over two dozen of the nation's leading healthcare organizations that recognize the imperative to improve clinical workforce efficiency amid significant economic and staffing challenges.

About the Role

We are seeking a senior enterprise sales professional with extensive healthcare experience who can identify and cultivate trusted C-suite relationships and lead long, complex sales processes to close. This is a senior, quota-carrying individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.

You will own new customer acquisition across large healthcare organizations, from account strategy and prospecting through executive engagement, business-case development, negotiation, and signature. You are self-motivated, excel at building trusted relationships, and bring strong integrity and accountability to your work. You are a collaborative team player who welcomes coaching and contributes to others’ success. You thrive in early-stage, high-growth companies, bringing resourcefulness, discipline, and a commitment to Axuall’s growth and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a defined new logo revenue target and drive new customer acquisition through strategic named-account plans aligned with Axuall’s priority customer segments and territory strategy.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through proactive outreach, executive relationships, referrals, industry events, and partnerships, working closely with Marketing.
  • Map large enterprise accounts and cultivate C-suite relationships by engaging key influencers, decision makers, sponsors, champions, and economic buyers. Build consensus across clinical, operational, technology, and financial stakeholders.
  • Create mutual action plans that establish customer commitments, decision milestones, procurement requirements, implementation dependencies, and a realistic path to signature.
  • Apply Challenger selling principles to uncover business priorities, challenge the status quo, and elevate departmental needs into enterprise problems. Develop customer-validated business cases that connect a seven-figure investment to a seven-figure problem, quantifying financial impact, cost of inaction, expected value, and time to value.
  • Drive long, complex pursuits to signature using MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and navigate funding, competing priorities, technical evaluations, procurement, and negotiations.
  • Independently lead proposals and commercial negotiations within approved pricing and contracting parameters. Develop creative solutions with internal experts while setting realistic customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and evidence-based forecasts, surface risks early, and focus effort on opportunities with a credible path to close.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and leadership to advance pursuits, address workflow and integration needs, and translate customer and win/loss feedback into stronger messaging and product insights. Ensure clear handoffs to Implementation, Customer Success, and Strategic Account Management.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience, with deep understanding of health system operations, industry trends, regulatory considerations, executive priorities, financial pressures, and purchasing processes.
  • A demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding quota and winning new enterprise customers within the past five years, including personally generating pipeline and closing complex, seven-figure SaaS, data, analytics, or workflow agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate C-suite relationships, identify the economic buyer, build consensus, and secure funding when budget or urgency is initially unclear.
  • Challenger Sales experience, or a comparable insight-led approach, supported by disciplined MEDDPICC qualification and forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, commercial judgment, and collaborative execution. Experience contributing to growth in early-stage, high-growth, or VC/PE-backed companies is preferred, as is familiarity with provider data, credentialing, clinical workforce planning, or enterprise integrations.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet 100% of the qualifications listed. We recognize that talent and potential come in many forms, and we value diverse experiences and perspectives. If you're passionate about this opportunity and believe your skills and experience align with the overall requirements, we encourage you to submit your application.
