Staffing & Recruiting

SwissPeak Partners is a specialized recruitment consultancy based in Zug, Switzerland. We recruit qualified professionals and executives across IT, Finance, Engineering, Management, Business, R&D and Medical for clients in Switzerland and across Europe. Our team is organized into specialized clusters, with consultants based in Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Serbia. This ensures that every mandate is handled by a consultant with the relevant expertise and market knowledge. Each mandate remains with the same consultant from the initial briefing through to successful placement, without handovers between Account Management and Sourcing. Our clients include organizations across healthcare and hospitals, consulting, financial services, insurance, industry, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, as well as other highly regulated and public sector environments. Our approach is clear: quality over quantity. We would rather present three outstanding candidates than thirty average profiles. Our process adapts to the client, not the other way around. We apply the same principle to candidates: no CV is submitted without a prior conversation, and we provide honest feedback when a position is not the right fit. In addition to our core recruitment services, we offer Nearshoring solutions to help clients scale their teams internationally in a targeted and efficient way. We also support companies in optimizing and restructuring their HR processes. Our experienced and agile team develops tailored workforce strategies, connects organizations with the right talent and leverages digital tools to simplify processes and maximize results. We work closely with our clients, adapt flexibly to their way of working and create tangible value at every stage. If you would like to learn more about how SwissPeak Partners can support your organization and teams, we would be pleased to hear from you at hello@swisspeak-partners.ch.

  • Provide technical and analytical support to financial advisers across a range of client requirements.

  • Review existing client arrangements and gather relevant policy and investment information to ensure records are complete and accurate.

  • Research appropriate financial planning and investment solutions, considering client objectives, tax considerations, costs, risks and potential outcomes.

  • Work closely with advisers to develop and document suitable recommendations.

  • Prepare detailed suitability reports and shorter advice documents for specific or ad-hoc advice requirements.

  • Keep an organised workflow and maintain visibility of outstanding reports and tasks.

  • Build effective working relationships with advisers, colleagues, clients and external providers.

  • Provide support and cover across the wider team when required.

  • Contribute to internal projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, efficiency and client service.

  • Record and escalate errors or incidents appropriately and complete required compliance and training activities within agreed deadlines.
