WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯
The Virtual Assistant for Finished Goods Specifications & Data Analysis owns the design, build, and management of finished product specifications — from ingredients and artwork to blend parameters, quality controls, and pallet configurations — ensuring every detail lives in one organized system. This role champions data trending and analysis to uncover leading performance issues, drives KPI completion to support co-manufacturer performance, and leads document control to set world-class quality system standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong ability to organize complex information and turn data into actionable improvement priorities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible to design, build & manage our finished product specifications, including ingredients, artwork, blend time and speeds, quality controls, pallet configs and all details in one place
- Champion our data trending and analysis, to find out the leading performance issues, to focus our improvement efforts
- Lead KPI completion to support the quality team in driving co-manufacturer performance
- Lead document control and the quality system being stored and organized. Set world class standards.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in an administrative, quality, or supply chain support role, ideally within food, beverage, or CPG
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable managing high volumes of documentation across 100+ specs without errors
- Strong written English and research skills, able to synthesize information clearly for horizon scanning and reporting
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and data work, while applying good judgment to verify accuracy
- Proficient with spreadsheets, document management, and quality/compliance record-keeping
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely and independently across time zones.
