·   Leads, coaches, and develops cybersecurity consultants, engineers, architects, and other professional services resources.

·   Owns workforce planning for cybersecurity professional services, balancing demand, skills, geography, utilization, customer needs, and employee development.

·   Assigns the right resources to engagements based on technical capability, experience, availability, and engagement risk.

·   Defines role expectations, technical skill requirements, certification priorities, and development roadmaps in partnership with Cybersecurity Practice leadership.

·   Builds a culture of accountability, knowledge sharing, continuous learning, customer focus, and cross-team collaboration.

·   Develops an intentional sourcing model that determines when work should be delivered with internal resources, strategic partners, or subcontractors, while protecting quality, customer experience, and margin.

Operational and Financial Management

·   Monitors and manages utilization, backlog coverage, capacity, project margin, revenue forecasting, time entry, delivery efficiency, and other professional services operating metrics.

·   Provides accurate and timely reporting on resource demand, staffing gaps, engagement health, delivery risks, and financial performance.

·   Identifies operational constraints and implement improvements that increase delivery quality, scalability, predictability, and profitability.

·   Ensures appropriate governance for subcontractor and partner delivery, including resource qualification, onboarding, statements of work, performance oversight, and quality assurance.

·   Partners with Operations and Finance to support forecasting, resource planning, cost management, and corrective actions when performance is outside expectations.

Portfolio Readiness and Continuous Improvement

·   Partners with the Cybersecurity Practice Director and Portfolio Management to ensure new and updated offerings are executable before release to the field.
