Job description

About Archy

Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is outdated.

Archy is a Series C vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.

Job Description:

Dental practices choose a lot of their software and services on the advice of people they already trust, like the IT company that runs their network or the supply rep who stops by every month. Some of our best opportunities start with those relationships. We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to build them. You'll find the companies whose clients are dental practices, get in front of their owners and field teams, and turn them into a steady source of referrals for our account executives.

This is a hunting role. Every week you'll have first conversations with people who've never heard of Archy: owners of dental IT companies, reps at supply and aligner companies, startup advisors, and practice coaches. When time is short, signing new partners comes before looking after the ones we have. You won't close practices yourself. Every practice a partner sends goes to the account executive who owns that territory, and your job is to keep the partners sending them.

In your first month you'll learn to run the Archy demo yourself. By 90 days you'll have recruited 10 new partners who have each sent us a practice, we'll have held 30 demos with practices your partners sent, and our first field-rep referral pilot will be live. Partnerships take time to build, so six months is the real measure. By then partners should be sending us 25 demos a month, with at least 5 of those practices signing each month.

You don't need to know dentistry on day one. We'll teach you the product and the industry, and we'll expect you to fill your own calendar with first meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new partners every day. Build target lists of net-new partners (dental IT companies that serve practices in several territories, supply and aligner companies, startup advisors, and coaches) and work them by phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person. A normal week is 15 to 20 partner meetings, at least 5 of them with people who've never heard of Archy.

  • Sign partners and get them to a first referral fast. Pitch our partner program, put agreements in place on our standard terms, and stay close to each new partner until the first practice comes through.

  • Own our startup advisor partners. Run our relationships with the advisors, installers, and lenders who help dentists open new practices, from the first meeting through co-hosted events and a steady flow of referrals.

  • Build field-rep referral programs. Work with supply and aligner companies so their reps introduce Archy on visits they're already making, and make it easy and worth their while.

  • Build our KOL program. Find the dentists, coaches, and industry voices other dentists listen to, bring them close to Archy, and get them in front of the right audiences at our events and our partners' events.

  • Throw events with our event marketer. Plan and host dinners, meetups, and partner nights with KOLs, influencers, and partners, working toward one a week.

  • Keep coaches and consultants close. Check in monthly or quarterly so Archy is the first name they give when a client asks about software, and teach them the product well enough to recommend it.

  • Report the numbers every week. Track every partner and referral in HubSpot and Referral Rock, and send a weekly scorecard of meetings, new partners, referred demos, and wins.

  • Represent Archy in the room. Work conference floors and present to partners' sales teams. Public speaking for Archy goes through leadership approval first.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role, including at least a year recruiting new channel, referral, or reseller partners, ideally at a vertical or SMB software company.

  • A track record of opening relationships with people who didn't know you, with numbers you can share (meetings booked, partners signed, partner-sourced revenue). We'll ask.

  • You can hold a room, whether it's a partner's Monday sales meeting, a conference floor, or a product demo.

  • Good commercial judgment. You can put a deal together from a set menu of terms, and you know when to escalate.

  • You keep your CRM clean, because if it isn't logged, it didn't happen.

  • You use AI tools to research accounts, build lists, and draft outreach.

  • You're coachable and quick to change your approach based on feedback.

  • You can travel for conferences, partner visits, and events.

  • Experience selling to or through IT managed service providers is a plus.

  • Experience working with distributor or manufacturer field sales teams is a plus.

  • Experience running events or working with KOLs and influencers is a plus.

  • Experience running a referral or partner program in HubSpot, Referral Rock, PartnerStack, or similar is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, plus Spring Health and One Medical access.

  • Competitive Compensation: Base pay and equity, 401(k) with company match, and performance-based incentives (bonus or commission eligibility by role).

  • Flexibility & Remote Support: Full remote-friendly culture, home office stipend, and flexible time off to rest and recharge (policies vary by role).

  • Team Connection: Annual all-company offsites to collaborate and connect in person.
