  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project administration, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding, deadline-driven environment, both independently and across teams

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Preferred: Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud experience, including integrating Oracle applications with an IGA platform and supporting SoD controls

  • A plus: CISSP, CISM, or IAM certifications; experience deploying passwordless authentication; knowledge of Customer IAM (CIAM)

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM solutions, including IGA, Active Directory, PAM, identity synchronization and provisioning, and public key infrastructure (PKI)

  • Configure and maintain Saviynt connectors and onboard applications such as Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle EBS, and Salesforce, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support

  • Design, launch, and manage user access review and certification campaigns in Saviynt, including configuration, completion tracking, escalation, and remediation

  • Build and maintain segregation of duties (SoD) rulesets and mitigating controls, and support SoD violation review and remediation

  • Configure Saviynt access request workflows, rules, and approval processes, and use Saviynt analytics and reporting to monitor performance and support audit evidence

  • Identify IAM risks, implement mitigations, and lead the response and resolution of IAM-related security incidents

  • Develop IAM metrics, KPIs, and concise reports for senior leadership on program progress and IAM posture

  • Evaluate IAM tools and technologies, articulate the company's IAM strategy, and recommend solutions that meet business needs
