About Relativity

Legal technology is having its moment, and Relativity is at the centre of it.

We are a leading legal data intelligence company. Our extensible, AI cloud platform, RelativityOne, is trusted by the world’s largest law firms, corporations, and government agencies to turn complex data into actionable insights for litigation, investigations, regulatory inquiries, arbitration, and other high-stakes legal matters.

In Asia, the momentum speaks for itself: RelativityOne adoption jumped 46% year-over-year, a sign that organisations have moved beyond experimentation and are now applying AI in production environments to modernise how legal work gets done at scale.

To meet this moment, we’re expanding our Singapore team and on-the-ground presence. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting growth story. You’ll have the backing of an established industry leader and the opportunity to help grow our customer base across Asia.

If you’re ready to help write the next chapter of legal AI in Asia, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Description and Requirements

The Legal AI Advisor is a practising or former lawyer who brings deep legal expertise and a passion for technology to help customers understand, adopt, and realise value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience purpose-built for lawyers.

The Legal AI Advisor will report to the Director, Legal AI Transformation in Asia, with a strong dotted-line relationship to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, based in the United States.

Working across the full customer lifecycle, this role sits at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, with a primary focus on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale.

Your Role in Action

  • Engage lawyers as primary users: Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organisations. Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation, and engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel as a credible peer.
  • Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations: Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery, positioning, and solution alignment. Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases and help secure the legal win.
  • Enable post-sales adoption and value realisation: Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage. Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration, partnering with Customer Success Managers to translate adoption into growth and measurable impact.
  • Act as the voice of the legal customer: Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering on customer needs, usability, and adoption barriers. Help refine product capabilities and contribute to playbooks, best practices, and scalable customer-engagement assets.
  • Bridge legal and technical workflows and knowledge: Translate complex AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals. Help customers understand how RelativityOne’s claiR and aiR products affect specific practice areas and workflows, and support internal teams in understanding legal user needs and behaviours.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer currently admitted and in good standing to practise in at least one EMEA or APAC jurisdiction. Candidates must hold an active practising licence, not solely an academic law degree.
  • 3+ years of experience practising law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team; litigation experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and the challenges faced by lawyers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
  • Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
  • Ability to operate comfortably in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
  • Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
  • First-hand knowledge of litigation and regulatory investigations workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in client-facing roles such as client advisory, legal technology, or business development.
