  • Gather, document, and clarify business requirements and technical specifications in partnership with product managers, client-facing teams, and Technology.
  • Support product roadmap planning by analyzing customer feedback, platform performance, and market intelligence.
  • Analyze and monitor new and existing products and services, identifying opportunities to improve functionality, user experience, and operational workflows.
  • Support the evaluation of proposed product requirements and development initiatives, including preparing inputs for business cases and return-on-investment analyses.
  • Coordinate assigned activities with Technology and service delivery teams to support development schedules, operational readiness, and product launches.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to support coordinated go-to-market plans, product positioning, and launch materials.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform product pricing and potential expansion into adjacent market segments.
  • Help document and improve procedures and practices that support virtual events and shareholder meetings.
  • Use established procedures to resolve routine issues, communicate findings clearly, and seek guidance on complex or unfamiliar matters.
  • Track assigned deliverables, maintain accurate documentation, and meet agreed-upon deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of fundamental business and analytical concepts.
  • Foundational understanding of product management, market research, business analysis, or related practices, gained through education or work experience.
  • Ability to gather and analyze information, apply established procedures, and make sound judgments on routine business problems.
  • Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, organized requirements and supporting documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage structured assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask questions, confirm understanding, and share findings with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation tools.
  • Willingness to learn, incorporate feedback, and develop technical and functional expertise under guidance.
  • Interest in digital platforms, virtual events, shareholder meetings, or issuer governance and communications; familiarity with these areas is helpful but not required.
