Among the largest globally distributed companies in the world, our team of 7,000 spans more than 100 countries, speaks 74 languages, and brings a connected and dynamic culture that drives continuous learning and innovation for our customers. Why should you be part of our success story? As the fastest-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company in history, Deel is transforming how global talent connects with world-class companies – breaking down borders that have traditionally limited both hiring and career opportunities. We're not just building software; we're creating the infrastructure for the future of work, enabling a more diverse and inclusive global economy. Our momentum is reflected in our achievements and customer satisfaction: CNBC Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100, Deloitte Fast 500, and repeated recognition on Y Combinator's top companies list – all while maintaining a 4.83 average rating from 15,000 reviews across G2, Trustpilot, Captera, Apple and Google. Your experience at Deel will be a career accelerator. At the forefront of the global work revolution, you'll tackle complex challenges that impact millions of people's working lives. With our momentum—backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work. At Deel, being hands-on is part of who we are. Every Product leader, no matter how senior, is expected to take ownership, drive outcomes directly, and stay close to the work that moves customers forward. Leading people and leading products go hand in hand; it's how we stay grounded in our users, our data, and the impact we deliver. As Head of Consumer Products, you will own the end-to-end consumer product P&L at Deel, with a core focus on three areas: Fintech end-to-end — owning the full fintech product surface spanning contractor experience, employee experience, crypto, and cards. 5+ direct-report PMs and teams. Spend management — owning the expenses product and the broader spend management suite we're building. Dedicated PM and teams. Mobile platform & product — full ownership of Deel's primary user surface end-to-end, covering both the core infra and the consumer product. We're looking for a world-class consumer product leader who's operated with genuine ownership, ideally from contexts like neobanks, consumer fintech, or consumer-grade B2B. Someone with a deep instinct for product quality as a driver of adoption, engagement, and revenue. Ability to command a complex organization toward a high bar. Strong skills at driving design outcomes without directly owning the design org. This role reports directly to our CEO and is part of the senior executive team. You will operate in an environment that values speed, quality, and accountability in equal measure, and you will balance strategic leadership with the ability to dive deep, ship, and force alignment across the organisation when needed. What You'll Do Own end-to-end product strategy, execution, and P&L for Deel's consumer-facing surface, spanning fintech, spend management, and mobile Lead a global team of PMs owning core product areas including contractor experience, employee experience, crypto, card, and expenses Drive the mobile business as a complete growth engine — setting product strategy, shipping differentiating features, and owning adoption, engagement and monetization metrics Partner with Design leadership to translate a unified experience vision into a high bar of shipped product quality across every consumer surface Operate with a strong bias toward ownership — driving execution across Engineering, Data, Go-To-Market and other functions Represent the consumer product org at the executive level, influencing company-wide roadmap and resourcing decisions Set a high bar for craft and velocity, and hire world-class product talent to scale the team to the opportunity Qualifications 12+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in senior product leadership (VP-level or above) Deep track record shipping consumer-grade product experiences at scale, ideally in contexts like neobanks, consumer fintech, or consumer-quality B2B Direct experience leading major product redesigns or rebuilds that measurably moved adoption, engagement, or revenue Extensive background owning mobile as a complete product surface and growth engine Deep fluency partnering with Design; ideally brings a design background from earlier in career Demonstrated ability to assemble and develop high-performing product teams Thrives in high-autonomy, fast-paced environments without the need for heavy direction What Success Looks Like A consumer-grade product experience across Deel's worker-facing surfaces that stands alongside the best consumer apps in the market Measurable growth in worker daily active use, engagement, and retention — with the mobile app as a leading channel A step-change in the quality bar across fintech, spend management, and mobile — not incremental polish Fintech and spend management experiences that feel like consumer products, not enterprise tooling A product organisation that ships faster, holds a higher bar, and drives cross-functional alignment on experience What to Expect You will report directly to Deel's CEO and operate as part of the senior executive team across global time zones. This role is central to Deel's product strategy heading into IPO and beyond, and comes with the sponsorship and mandate needed to drive change across the organisation. The onboarding period includes focused work to build context and relationships across Product, Design, and Engineering before expanding into full-scope leadership.
